Cauliflower With Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:-


  • Onions

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp suger

  • 1 cup yoghurt

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tblsp oil

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 5 green chillies de-seeded and salt

  • Salt to taste


PROCEDURE:

Take a pan and heat 1tblsp of oil in it. Then add ginger, garlic ,onions and  fry for a minute. Next add cauliflower and cover for 5 -10 mins.

Let the cauliflower get softer then add remaining ingredients. Cover the pan till cauliflower is done for 5-6 mins. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and green chillies.
