Ingredients Serves 2
| 1 tbsp olive oil |
| 1 clove garlic |
| 1 tbsp chicken stock |
| 1⁄8 tsp red pepper flakes |
| 1 oz broccoli |
| 1 oz parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat and cook garlic briefly. Add chicken-stock, red pepper flakes and broccoli. Cover and steam until broccoli is just tender, about 5 minutes.
- Toss cooked broccoli with cheese and serve immediately.
