It doesn’t get much easier than this when you want to get protein and fiber in your snack and it’s a delicious little treat that you won’t feel too guilty about eating! If you want to exclude the whip cream you would use honey as a sweetener and add more fruits or use Greek yogurt instead of the whip cream. I love a delicious creaming homemade whip cream so I decided to make this more of a dessert for our family by using it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Quinoa
- 1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
- Whipping Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 – Make your Quinoa according to the box instructions (this only take a few minutes)
Step 2 – Slice up your strawberries
Step 3 – Layer the quinoa, strawberries and whipping cream in dish and enjoy!
