Ingredients
2 cups almond flour (ground almonds)
1/2 tsp organic garlic powder
1/2 tsp Celtic salt
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon melted Refined Coconut Oil
4 oz Raw Grated Cheese
4 Tablespoons organic tomato sauce (I used homemade)
Toppings of your choice equal to 1-2 Carbs eg. peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl mix Almond Flour, Garlic Powder, Salt, Eggs and Coconut oil in a bowl Mix until all ingredients above are well combined. Divide "dough" into 2 portions and roll into two balls. Place each ball of "dough" between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten with your hand into a thin round crust. Remove the top layer of Parchment paper and place crust (with the bottom piece of Parchment Paper) onto a baking tray. Bake crust for 8-10 mins. Remove the pizza crust and flip it over. Add tomato sauce, toppings and cheese and bake for another 10 mins.
Note: make sure toppings are well drained and dry. I sauteed onions and mushrooms in a little bit of coconut oil to remove water.
